This is pure, undistracted focus. One coach, one client, and the work right in front of you. In these face-to-face sessions, we strip away the guesswork and focus entirely on execution, form, and intensity. There is no wasted movement. If you need absolute accountability and a direct, hands-on approach to mastering your movement and building physical resilience, this is where it happens.

1-1 HYBRID TRAINING

 

The Blueprint:

Fitness doesn't stop when you leave the gym floor. The hybrid option is for those who want the technical guidance of in-person coaching but require the autonomy to do the work on their own schedule. We blend face-to-face training sessions with a structured, app-driven program built for your lifestyle. You get the essential form checks and physical corrections in person, paired with a clear, daily roadmap to follow when you're training independently. You provide the discipline; the app provides the plan.

1-2  TRAINING

Shared Effort:

​

Two people, one objective. This option delivers the same precise coaching and technical scrutiny as 1:1 training, but you share the floor with a partner, friend, or teammate. You’ll navigate the physical challenge together, holding each other to a higher standard when the energy dips. It’s about building a shared discipline, keeping each other honest, and earning that post-workout rest as a team.

WHO IS PERSONAL TRAINING FOR?

I work with men and women of all ages and backgrounds - from seven to seventy (and beyond).

Sessions typically last 60 mins and are ideally suited to individuals or couples.

​

Having worked as an Architect for many years, and having two small kids of my own, I am particulalry well positioned to help busy professionals and parents regain and surpass the fitness of their youth. With additional certification in 'behavioural change coaching, nutrition and weight management, functional training and kettlebell instruction  - to name a few - I am able to help you reach your health and fitness goals whatever your current level of fitness.
